MOI&cie (''Me and Co.'') is a Canadian French language Category B specialty channel. MOI&cie airs lifestyle and entertainment programming aimed at women. It is owned by TVA Group, a division of Quebecor Media.
==History==

The channel launched on May 2, 2011 in both standard and high definition as 'Mlle' ('Mademoiselle,' or ('Miss').〔(Le Groupe TVA lancera la chaîne numérique « Mlle » en mai ) Canoe.ca, 2011-03-08 〕 On September 12, 2011, Mlle was launched on Shaw Direct; it is now available across the country.
On February 1, 2013, Mlle was re-branded as ''MOI&cie'', as an extension of Quebecor's magazine of the same name.〔(Dès le 1er février, les Québécoises sont invitées à découvrir la chaîne MOI&cie )〕
